Silent Valor stands behind every product we sell. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered
- Defects in materials, including fabric, hardware, zippers, and stitching
- Defects in workmanship, including construction errors and seam failures
- Faraday shielding failures where RF/NFC blocking stops functioning under normal use
- Hardware failures, including buckles, clips, and zipper pulls under normal use

What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, fading) that doesn’t affect function
- Damage from improper storage or exposure to chemicals
- Ballistic damage (armor that has been struck by projectiles is expected performance, not a defect)
- Damage from the Test It Yourself Program (armor tested under TIY is excluded from warranty claims)

Note: Armor has a service life. Consult manufacturer guidelines for replacement intervals. Warranty durations are placeholder and will be confirmed.

How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue
- Include photos showing the defect
- We’ll review your claim within 2–3 business days
- If approved: repair, replacement, or store credit at Silent Valor’s discretion

Important Notes
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only
- Proof of purchase required
- Silent Valor reserves the right to inspect returned products
- Warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers
