Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order ships free to the continental 48 US states.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. Rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also check your order status from your account page.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can make changes or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, please see our return policy.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window with free return shipping. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our full return policy for details.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Normal wear, misuse, and unauthorized modifications are not covered. See our warranty page for full details.
How do I start a return?
Contact us through the support page with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and walk you through the process.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different size or product. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window as returns.

What is the CARGO backpack made of?
1680D ballistic polyester shell with water-resistant DWR treatment, oversized heavy-duty zippers, and Faraday-lined pockets for RF/NFC shielding. Built to handle daily carry and field conditions.
Is your armor NIJ certified?
Our armor is tested to NIJ standards but is not NIJ certified. We test to the same protocols and round specifications used in NIJ certification. We also offer the Test It Yourself Program where customers can live-fire test their own armor and verify performance firsthand.
What’s the difference between Level IIIA, III+, and IV?
Level IIIA stops handgun rounds up to .44 Magnum. Level III+ stops rifle rounds including 5.56 M855. Level IV stops armor-piercing rifle rounds like .30-06 AP. See our full NIJ Ratings breakdown for detailed specifications on each level.
Does the IIIA armor fit in the same pocket as the hard plates?
No. The IIIA aramid panel has its own dedicated back panel compartment. The hard plates (III+ or IV) fit in a separate, height-adjustable plate pocket. Both can be installed simultaneously for layered protection.
What’s included in the Urban Survival Loadout?
All 7 survival kits (Navigation, Shelter, Fire, Tools, Medical, Power, and Hydration) plus the CARGO tactical backpack. Individual kits are also sold separately without the backpack if you want to build your loadout over time.
What is the Sentinel Vault gas flush system?
The Sentinel Vault has dual gas valves that allow you to flush the interior with nitrogen or argon to displace oxygen. This prevents corrosion on firearms, ammunition, and sensitive equipment during long-term storage. The Nitrogen Flush Kit (regulator + hoses) is sold separately. You supply the tank.

Test It Yourself Program
What is the Test It Yourself Program?
A program where customers can live-fire test their Silent Valor armor. If it passes the test, you earn $500 in store credit. If it fails, you get a full refund. It’s our way of letting you verify protection on your own terms. See the full Test It Yourself page for details.
How do I participate?
Purchase eligible armor (Level IIIA, III+, or IV), conduct a compliant live-fire test following our testing standards, film the entire test, and submit the video to ecommerce@silentvalor.com. Full instructions are on the Test It Yourself page.
What are the testing requirements?
Each armor level has specific ammunition and round count requirements that must be met for the test to qualify. The full specifications and filming requirements are outlined on our Test It Yourself page.
